Claiming a bonus is easy. Cashing out the winnings takes a clear process. Here is the path most casinos follow.
Step 1: Meet the wagering requirement

Bonus funds are locked until you wager them a set number of times — typically 30x to 40x at sites. Track progress in your account dashboard. Only eligible games contribute.
Step 2: Stay inside the max bet
Bonuses almost always cap your stake during wagering at around £5. Even one oversized spin can void your bonus winnings. Set a low default stake and forget about it.
Step 3: Watch the expiry clock
Most bonuses expire in 7 to 30 days. Free spins typically last 24 to 72 hours. If wagering is incomplete at expiry, the bonus and any unconverted winnings are removed.
Step 4: Complete KYC
Before your first withdrawal, the casino will request:
- A photo ID (passport or driving licence).
- A recent utility bill or bank statement for address.
- Sometimes a proof of payment (a screenshot or card photo).
Do this on day one — it shortens payout time later.
Step 5: Request the withdrawal
Choose the same method you used to deposit where possible. E-wallets pay within hours; debit cards take 1–3 working days; bank transfers can take longer.
If something goes wrong
Contact support first. If unresolved, escalate to the casino’s listed ADR provider.
