Wot’s Cluck’in Down on the Farm — a farm theme carrying a very heavy feature set
Good Times Studios’ third release puts an unusually dense mechanic stack behind a barnyard theme. It is a 7×7 cluster-pays grid where wins need at least five matching symbols connected horizontally or vertically, with a 15,000x ceiling — the same ceiling as the studio’s Avalanche, reached by very different means.
One thing up front: we have not played this game. The score on this page is the 6.0 that Big Win Board published in their review, and the specifications below come from that review. We will replace it with our own score once the game reaches a casino we cover and we can run real sessions on it. Everything on this page that is not our own testing is attributed.
The base game
Cluster pays on a 7×7 grid, so no paylines — connected groups of five or more matching symbols pay, in any horizontal or vertical arrangement.
The stated hit frequency is 27.51%, which is high. Roughly one spin in four returns something. That is the number that does most to explain how this game feels: for a release with a 15,000x ceiling, you are not sitting through the long dead stretches that usually fund that kind of top end.
Stakes run from €0.10 to €100 per spin in the version reviewed. Currency and limits vary by operator and licence.
Feature Eggs and the Cheeky Chicken Machine
The base-game mechanic worth understanding is the Cheeky Chicken Machine, which turns collected Coin symbols into Feature Eggs. Five types, each with a distinct job:
- Blue — instant payout of 5x to 10x your stake
- Red — destroys the symbols adjacent to it
- Green — clears an entire row or column
- Purple — adds between 2 and 10 Wilds to the grid
- Orange — applies a x2 to x5 multiplier to the spin’s total win
Red and Green are board-clearing effects, which on a cluster grid means new symbols dropping into the gaps and fresh chances to connect. Purple and Orange are the ones that convert a modest spin into a large one.
Free spins, Golden Eggs and the Piggy Bank
Three, four or five Scatters award 10, 12 or 15 free spins. They do not retrigger, so whatever you land at the trigger is what you get.
Inside the feature, Golden Eggs are multiplier Wilds that double with each winning contribution — x2, x4, x8 and onward, as far as x1,024. That compounding is where the max win lives.
The Piggy Bank is the neatest idea here. Golden Eggs that land on non-winning spins are not wasted: they go into the Piggy Bank, and on the final free spin you receive a bonus Golden Egg from it. A feature that makes dead spins still count towards something is a sensible piece of design.
The Max Win Wheel
A separate, randomly triggered event with fixed prizes running from 5x to the full 15,000x. Big Win Board’s criticism is that it feels bolted on — disconnected from the cluster mechanics the rest of the game is built around. Worth knowing that a chunk of the advertised ceiling sits behind a random event rather than skilled or sustained play.
Feature buys
Four purchase options ship with the game: 3x BonusHunt FeatureSpins, 50x Cheeky Coin Chase FeatureSpins, 100x Golden Eggs Drop Frenzy, and 250x Loot Box.
UK players should not expect to see these. Feature-buy mechanics are restricted for players in Great Britain, and UK-facing builds normally have them removed. If you are playing at a UKGC-licensed casino and the buy menu is missing, that is why.
Where it stands
The listed date is 14 October 2026, so this is a brand-new release, reviewed around launch. No UKGC-licensed casino we cover carries it yet, and we will not list one until we have confirmed the game is actually live there. Good Times Studios distributes through Hacksaw Gaming’s infrastructure, which is well represented at licensed operators, so availability may well follow — the same wait applies to Avalanche.
The verdict
Big Win Board scored it 6.0 — praising the depth of the Feature Eggs and the escalating Golden Egg multipliers, while calling the theme weak and the Max Win Wheel poorly integrated. Their summary is that mechanical depth lifts it above a conventional farm setting without reinventing cluster pays.
On the published numbers alone, the combination of a 27.51% hit rate and a 15,000x ceiling is an interesting one, and the Piggy Bank is a genuinely good idea. Whether the feature set is coherent or merely busy is the kind of judgement that needs real session time — which we will give it when we can play it somewhere we trust.

What we love
- 27.51% hit frequency is high — roughly one win in every four spins
- Five distinct Feature Eggs give the base game more variety than most cluster slots
- Golden Eggs double with each winning contribution, reaching x1,024 in free spins
- Piggy Bank banks Golden Eggs from dead spins, so losing spins still build something
- 15,000x ceiling matches the studio's Avalanche, on a far busier feature set
Where it slips
- We have not played it yet — the score below is Big Win Board's, not ours
- Big Win Board rate the farm theme as weak and the Max Win Wheel as disconnected from the rest of the game
- Free spins don't retrigger — 10 to 15 spins is all you get per trigger
- The four feature-buy modes are unlikely to be available to players in Great Britain
- No UKGC-licensed casino we track carries it yet
